I spent the first 15 years of my career inside complex operating environments where failure wasn't an option. Leading engineering, commercial, and cross-functional execution across large-scale assets and multi-million-dollar infrastructure.

In those environments, I learned that high performance isn’t driven by personality, it’s designed. It requires clear decision rights, defined authority, and disciplined systems. Results follow structure.

When I began working with founders, I saw a different reality: capable leaders carrying invisible operational weight. Your business works, but often only because of your constant involvement. You aren't slowing down because you lack strategy; you are slowing down because of decision congestion.

I built HEP to fix that inflection point.
